KEMP, a Hong Kong and UK headquartered dispute resolution and insolvency firm, has hired Gilbert Kwok as a partner from Cocking & Co.
According to KEMP’s website, “Gilbert has almost 30 years of experience in handling all sorts of construction disputes and has handled numerous arbitration, litigation and mediation cases since 1991.
He is also highly experienced in drafting and advising on construction contracts, consultancy agreements and supply contracts relating to a wide range of construction projects in a number of cities such as Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai and Macau.”
